Kate is an award-winning journalist, editor, and author with over 20 years of experience leading celebrity and entertainment coverage for major media brands. She spent more than a decade at People Magazine, most recently as Editorial Director, where she oversaw all content across print and digital platforms. Kate led the integration of a legacy print brand into a multi-platform digital operation. Here she developed a deep expertise in media, digital content, brand storytelling, audience growth, and platform monetization. Kate holds a first-class degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
Ricardo Jimenez
Chief Strategy Officer
Ricardo is a business professional and investor with experience in the e-commerce sector, specializing in investment evaluation, operational oversight, and strategic decision-making. He is the Founder and CEO of Capitall, where he leads corporate strategy, oversees financial performance and operational KPIs, manages supplier and partner relationships, and supports long-term business growth initiatives. His role includes contract review, risk assessment, human capital development, and governance-focused decision processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Ricardo holds a degree in Marketing from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes in Mexico.
Magali López Granadino
Chief Operating Officer
Magali is an entrepreneurial operations and administrative leader with over 12 years of experience across construction, transportation, logistics, and professional services. She is the founder and senior partner of multiple Mexican companies, where she has led day-to-day operations, financial administration, budgeting, supplier and contractor management, and multi-project execution. Magali brings deep expertise in operational coordination, cost control, and process improvement, supporting sustainable business growth. She holds a diploma in Project and Supply Chain Management (in progress) and a Certificate in Global Workforce Skills from Royal Roads University in Victoria BC. Magali also holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Graphic Design) from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in Mexico.

Hector is a dynamic serial entrepreneur and former aviation professional with a proven track record of operational excellence. After a successful career as a pilot, he rapidly transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching ventures in trades, wellness, and specialty food products. Hector also produces personal development courses and aviation-focused podcasts, combining creativity, leadership, and community building. Fluent in Spanish and English, Hector leverages his operational expertise, process optimization skills, and content creation experience to drive business growth while fostering engaged communities and promoting personal development.
Mary GUMPORT
Chief IP & Creative Officer
Mary is a narrative leader and creative director with over a decade of experience shaping story-driven IP across interactive media and publishing. She has held senior roles at Riot Games and Theorycraft Games, leading worldbuilding, character development, and cross-disciplinary storytelling for flagship titles and new IP. Known for her collaborative leadership and editorial rigor, she specializes in narrative strategy, IP cohesion, and creative team development. Mary holds a BA in English and History from Stanford University, with study at Oxford University, and completed advanced coursework at ArtCenter College of Design.
